Your work titled Orange inspiration is an intriguing piece. Can you please explain the symbolism and the choice of the title?

I love emotional and expressive art. In addition, people and the inner world of people are the subject of my research in creativity. So I decided to create a series of artworks dedicated to various emotional states and associate each emotion with one of the colors of the rainbow. Orange for me is the color of powerful energy, and which energy is the most powerful for an artist is of course inspiration.

The subjects of your illustrations and nfts are mostly or entirely female. Is this by design or by default?

Femininity is a powerful source of inspiration for me. Since I am a woman myself, I broadcast my gender, my identity, through my creativity. Female images come to me most naturally.

As a traditional and digital illustrator, how do you feel about the rise of A.I generative art ?

I’m a little upset that a lot of AI-generated art, it seems to me, devalues the work of real artists, who have been going to their own style and expressive language for a long time. And AI generates drawings at a speed that no artist has ever dreamed of. On the other hand, many people who don’t have the ability to express their emotions beautifully through an image have received such an opportunity. So we should live in peace with AI, I think.

How do you see the NFT market developing this year? Do you think that the bull market is coming back?

I’m not an expert in the market, I’ve only been in the NFT space for 6 months. But I see that there are a lot of new collectors and tweets “My #NFT was sold” appears in my feed quite often. I hope the crisis is over.

How did you get started with traditional and digital illustrations? What is your origins story?

I’ve been painting all my life for as long as I can remember. But I am self-taught in my profession. In 2010, at the insistence of my parents, I became a certified engineer in metrology, then worked for 10 years at a foreign company in a measuring laboratory. But creativity has always been with me one way or another. Last year I quit the office, started teaching children digital drawing (in a private studio), I take orders for illustration, and since June I have also become an NFT artist. This is an exciting adventure of a lifetime.

What do you enjoy doing to relax besides making illustrations and nfts?

Illustration is my job, my hobby and my passion. I think about creativity and art almost 24 hours a day. But, of course, I do not have the resource to engage in creativity without rest. At such moments, I watch movies (fantasy and science fiction, thrillers and dramas), read books (classical literature, and art literature), study with a child (my daughter is 3 years old), walk, visit the theater (I adore ballet and opera).
